Bespoke House, Exeter – planning consent achieved
March 20, 2014
Having recently accepted a commission to design a new dwelling on land fringing Exeter, we were grateful to hear today that the Council intend to approve the scheme under delegated powers. The planning officer at Exeter City Council has been a pleasure to work with and the process has been relatively simple, in spite of the fact that former designs by previous architects were thrown out at appeal. This former application failed to provide the design quality or level of information that we have delivered. It is therefore unsurprising that a professional approach can turn a planning decision from refusal to approval and we look forward to another successful building project to follow the formal grant of consent.
